This Privacy Policy describes how Siddhi Acquisition Corp (“Siddhi Acquisition,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) treat certain information collected or provided in connection with an end user’s (“you,” “your,” or “user”) use of the Services. The “Services” means our website, www.siddhiacquisition.com, and any other website, or social media pages owned or operated by Siddhi Acquisition (or related companies) (together, the “Site”). If you choose to use our Site to apply for an open employment position, we may collect or receive such information you provide to us in connection therewith, such the information listed above, as well as information about your employment history, your legal status to work in the United States, your social media or other personal website, and other employment related information.

 

You can choose not to provide certain information, but it may delay or prevent us from providing products, opportunities, and/or our Services to you.

This Privacy Policy does not cover data we, or our authorized third-party vendors or partners, collect that cannot be used to identify an individual or to pseudonymous data. Nor does it include encoded or anonymized information or aggregated data which we collect or create about a group or category of products, users, or features that does not contain personally identifying information. We reserve the right to collect and share aggregate, encoded, or anonymized information with potential partners or other third parties without restriction.

Our web servers may collect analytics information, including log data, which provides aggregate information about the number of visits to different pages on the Site. We use such aggregate analytics to improve access to the Site based on visitors’ web browsers and operating system types to make the Site available to as many users as possible. We do not link analytics collected to Personal Information. Third party providers may also collect aggregate analytics independently from us.

 

The Site may include social media features connected with social networking sites such as Facebook (such sites, “Social Sites”), including the Facebook Like button, and widgets, such as the ShareThis button or interactive mini-programs that run on the Site. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on the Site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social Site features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on the Site. Your interactions with these features, including any Personal Information you provide via these features, are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

 

D. How We Use Your Personal Information

Siddhi Acquisition may also share Personal Information with governmental or other public authorities (including, but not limited to, workers’ compensation boards, courts, law enforcement, tax authorities and criminal investigations agencies); and third-party civil legal process participants and their accountants, auditors, lawyers and other advisors and representatives as we believe to be necessary or appropriate: (a) to comply with applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) to respond to requests from public and government authorities including public and government authorities outside your country of residence; (d) to enforce our terms and conditions; (e) to protect our operations or those of any of our group companies; (f) to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of our group companies, you or others; and (g) to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit our damages.

In the unlikely event that we believe that the security of your Personal Information in our possession or control may have been compromised, we may seek to notify you. As applicable, we will comply with notification requirements for a security breach and may also notify you by email.

 

In the event of a merger, acquisition, corporate change, or bankruptcy, we may share or transfer your Personal Information as part of a transfer of our assets to the acquiring entity or other involved party/parties.

The Site may include links to other websites. This Privacy Policy only applies to our Site and Services provided thereby. We do not make any representations about any websites other than our own. Any Personal Information you provide to any linked websites will be subject to the privacy policies of that website. If provided, you should review the privacy policies of any linked websites carefully.

 

B. Commercial Electronic Messages

 

By providing your email address to us, you affirmatively and expressly consent to receiving emails from us and from our third-party providers and affiliates. These parties may send you commercial emails in order to deliver information about the Site and/or our Services, information about developments relating to financial products, special offers, and other information, including but not limited to updates to the Site and/or our Services.

 

C. Children

 

We do not knowingly collect information from minors and the Site is intended for adults over the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to us without your consent, please notify us at info@siddhiacquisition.com. If we become aware that information is or has been submitted by or collected from a minor under the age of 13 without such consent, upon proper notice, authority, and necessary confirmation of such, we will work to promptly delete this information.

A. Global Privacy Control / Do Not Track

 

Some browsers and browser extensions support Global Privacy Control (“GPC”; see https://globalprivacycontrol.org/), which can send signals to websites indicating a viewer’s choice to opt-out from certain types of data processing, including data "sales" as defined under certain laws. In certain territories, when we detect such a signal, we will make reasonable efforts to respect your choices indicated by GPC settings as required by applicable law.

 

Some browsers include "Do Not Track" (DNT) settings that can send signals to websites indicating a viewer’s wish not to be tracked. Unlike the GPC described above, there is not a common understanding of how to interpret the DNT signals; therefore, our Site does not generally respond to DNT signals. We are based in the United States and the Site we own or operate is located and hosted in the United States and is intended for visitors located within the United States. In most cases, the Personal Information we collect is stored and used in the United States. Therefore, we make no representation that this Privacy Policy complies with the laws of any other jurisdiction, including other states or international jurisdictions. This Policy applies to all relevant information collected by or provided to us or our authorized third-party vendors or partners as of the Effective Date. When we make any material changes to this Policy, we will update the Effective Date and may inform you by email if we have an email address associated with you.
